What is Trust or Estate Administration?

 Trust and Estate administration refers to the trustee or Executor’s management of trust/estate property according to the trust documents’ terms, or of it is an estate, to the terms of the will. 

There can be both a probate estate and a trust, but often there is just one or the other depending on circumstances.
