  At Justice Trust & Estate Services, we serve as a source of security, compassion, and strength to elders, and those supporting them through challenging life transitions.

We can also serve as your fiduciary if family members are unable or unwilling to act as your trustee, executor or attorney in fact (Power of Attorney). 

Alternatively, we provide support services to the family trustee/executor to assist in handling paperwork, gathering and conserving assets, financial oversight, and much more.
